Founders terms

What it is
The Founders Edition is the offer for the first 15 practices to use [Nombre]. It is the only offer for now.
Price
Per month, VAT included, by practitioners with their own diary: 1–2 practitioners: €19 (€15.70 + VAT); 3: €21 (€17.36 + VAT); 4: €23 (€19.01 + VAT); 5 or more: €25 (€20.66 + VAT). Reception and admin staff don’t count.
What is included
The features of the [Nombre] base plan and the features added to the base plan, without new modules offered separately or WhatsApp and SMS reminders, which have their own rate because each message has a cost. What is added is decided with the practices asking for it, with no guaranteed deadline: inclusion does not oblige us to build a particular feature.
Two-week trial
During the 14 days after the first invoice you can terminate the contract and we refund 100% of what you paid.
Frozen price
The Founders price holds while the contract stays in force without a break.
No minimum term
There is no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like, with no penalty; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. When you leave, we hand over all your practice’s data (client records, appointments, session packs, takings and notes), in a standard format.
If you cancel and come back
You stop being a Founder and pay the prices in force when you return.
Backups and outages
Encrypted copies of each practice are made separately, so the service can be restored if there were an outage.
Places
There are 15 places for the first practices that sign these terms, in order of signing. The full text of the contract is confirmed in writing before sign-up.
