1. Who provides the service

In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), we give you the details of the owner of this website and of the “[Nombre]” software:

Through this website the owner does not practise a regulated profession and has not signed up to any code of conduct. Below, “we” or “the owner”.

2. What this website is and what it is not

2.1 The website. This website presents the [Nombre] software: what it does, how it works and how to get in touch to hire it. It does not sell healthcare products or services, and it gives no medical or health advice.

2.2 The application. [Nombre] is a tool that centres (clinics and commercial premises) hire to manage their diary, client records, payments and, in healthcare centres, clinical records. The centres’ use of the application is governed by the terms of service each centre signs with the owner.

2.3 The booking portal. The portal where patients and clients request or book appointments is a service that each centre provides to its own patients and clients using [Nombre] as a tool. The care or commercial relationship is between you and the centre: the centre decides its services, opening hours, prices, cancellation terms and the information it publishes, and is responsible for them. The portal’s centre finder is offered by the owner so that you can find centres that use [Nombre].

2.4 Prices. The software prices shown on this website include VAT. The prices of each centre’s services are set and published by the centre itself.

3. Terms of use of the website

By browsing the website you agree to use it lawfully and not to damage or overload it, or try to access areas or systems without authorisation. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the website or part of its content.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

4.1 Website and software. The [Nombre] software, its code, its design, its texts, the screenshots and the rest of the website’s content belong to the owner or are used under licence. The screenshots show fictitious data. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification without written permission is prohibited, except for uses allowed by law (for example, quotation for review purposes).

4.2 Trademarks. “[Nombre]” is a provisional name. Its use on this website does not grant any licence over distinctive signs.

4.3 Centres’ content. The names, logos, photographs, descriptions and other content that each centre publishes on the portal belong to that centre or to whoever assigned them to it. The centre warrants that it has the right to publish them.

5. Third-party component licences

The website and the application include third-party components under free licences. Copyright notices and the full licence texts are available at [ruta del fichero de avisos de licencias]. The authors of the website’s photographs are listed on its “Credits” page.

The typefaces and photographs are served from our own servers; they are not loaded from external services. The SIL OFL 1.1 licences allow the fonts to be used, included and redistributed with their notice and licence, but not sold on their own.

6. Liability

6.1 Our own content. We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. The features described may change as the software evolves.

6.2 Centres’ content. We are not responsible for the information that centres publish on the portal (services, prices, opening hours, professionals, terms) or for the care or service they provide. We only host it on behalf of each centre. If you believe published content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights, report it to the email address in section 7: we will review it diligently and, where appropriate, remove or block it, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and Article 16 of the LSSI. In your notice, say what the content is, where it is and why you believe it is unlawful; we will reply in writing.

6.3 Availability. We try to keep the website available and working properly, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons. We are liable for the damage we cause in accordance with the law.

6.4 Links. If the website links to third-party sites, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

7. Single point of contact

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and also to alternative consumer dispute resolution systems.
