Public data from each provider as of 21/10/2026; it may have changed. It comes from their official websites. Where they publish prices without VAT, we add 21% (mainland Spain and the Balearics). “Not advertised” means it does not appear in what they publish, not that they don’t have it. Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Your clients don’t install anything to book either.

Who counts as a practitioner?

Every account with its own diary. Reception and admin staff don’t count towards the price.

Can I bring my clients over from other software?

There is no automatic import yet. They are moved over by hand, and I help you organise it so your team gets it done quickly. Tell me in your application what you use now.

What if there is an outage?

Encrypted copies of each practice are made separately, so the service can be restored if there were an outage.

What happens if I leave?

There is no minimum term. We hand over all your practice’s data (client records, appointments, session packs, takings and notes), in a standard format.

Does it do invoices?

Not yet. Today it keeps the takings for the practice and each practitioner, with payment methods, and exports them to Excel for your accountant. It does not issue invoices yet, with or without Verifactu, and there is no firm date.

Does it send WhatsApp messages?

Today, email: when you book, move or cancel and a reminder hours before, with no limit. The WhatsApp or SMS reminder is already built into the app as an extra each centre adds separately, with a monthly allowance; it goes live once we choose the providers. Every message costs money, so it is not in the frozen price.

Which languages is it in?

Spanish, Catalan and English, for your team and for your clients. Everyone picks their own.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Try it for two weeks; if it doesn’t convince you, we refund 100%. Before that, if you like, I can show it to you with test data.

When can I start?

You apply for a place, I show it to you with test data and we agree a start date with your real data.
